Order cancel policy :

If an ordered needs to be cancelled, if must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return or Replace policy :

if a product is to be returned or replace the authority of RdE Jewellery Hub must be show reasonable cause and proof. in case of return or replacement it can be done only if the product is defective or the product is delivered incorrectly, so all customers are requested to make a complete mobile video from packet opening,because no product will be returned order placed without opening video.
